Pickup & order terms

These terms apply to orders placed on covertartisanales.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pickup only

All orders are picked up at our taproom, 601 S Watson Ave, Ste 100, Sioux Falls, SD, during open hours. We don't ship or deliver.

21+ with a valid ID

You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older; the name must match the order, or the proxy pickup person named on it (they need their own valid ID). We can't hand over an order without it, and we may refuse a sale to anyone who appears intoxicated, as the law requires.

Limits

Some releases have a limit per order, shown on the product page. We may cancel orders placed to get around a limit.

We hold orders for 30 days

Paid orders are held for 30 days, starting on the first day we're open for pickup after you order. If the 30th day falls on a day we're closed, your last pickup day is our next open day. We'll email you reminders at two and four weeks, and your order page always shows your last pickup day. Orders not picked up by the last pickup day are forfeited and aren't refunded.

All sales are final

There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Please check your order before you pay.

If we can't fill your order

If we can't provide all or part of your order (for example, an item sells out, spoils or is damaged before pickup), we'll let you know and refund what we can't provide, in full, to your original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken by Square when you order.
